If you are unhappy with any MDN video purchase simple let us know within 60 days and we will refund your money providing you tell us why you are unhappy.

If you join MDN and are unhappy then again please let us know within 60 days and providing you have not taken advantage of any of the member offers we will refund your money.
(If you have taken advantage of a member offer but are still unhappy please email us anyway and we will do our best to make you happy)

Because of the contractual commitments involved in organizing conferences each conference will have its own terms and conditions concerning refunds and cancellations.  Please review these on the individual conference website at the time you book your place.
