    I think Shipley would agree with Mr. Punkass about not charging for features that make the app work as users expected when they bought it. His example was the amount of work necessary to maintain support for barcode scanning for built-in iSight cameras. The users don’t want to hear excuses about focal lengths, they just want their app to keep working.
